Very bad service and understaff. Delayed for more than an hour tapos it took me 4 follow ups para matawagan lang ng manager. I ordered pa naman during na hindi peak hours and delayed pa rin. They are just offering P100 off to compensate which I think is not worth it. Looking at the reviews below ang dami na reports ng late deliveries and clearly walang changes. I will not order again in this branch.

We tried of course the best seller, creamy spinach dip pizza. It really tastes good, and we liked the garlic flavor of the dough. Halo-halo’s okay.

This afternoon i ordered here angels pizza malate at 2:30pm and they said it will arrived 3:50pm when they called me yes its understandable the rider arrived 4pm but the worst is I already paid it in online then when it arrived the rider said I will pay my order cash. But I said to the rider I already paid it online. Then the worst is my pizza arrived 1box only even I have a an APC Card, I ordered 2box but only 1box arrived they said to me they will deliver immediately the 1 box pizza lacking. They call me and I said to the service the 1 box arrived here is not thin crust I ordered thin crust and the service called said ok we will change it immediately. I confirmed to her that pizza came for the 2nd chance is 2box and thin crust. But when the rider arrived he only gave me 1box because he already gave me the 1st box but I said to the phone service is the 1st box arrived is not match to my order. 2nd chance of delivery they failed again.

Edz was so friendly and very prompt in taking my order. I tried their bestsellers: Spinach Cream and Overload pizzas, both delicious.

delivery is always late.. First order was late for 25 minutes due to the late production according to their delivery rider.. Ordered again and as usual it was an hour late.. I already emailed a complaint case thru their email address but after almost a month i got no reply from them. Poor service

I ordered almost 2 hours ago via website and paid online. Until now no response to anyone. Not even a text that my order is coming late. Worst of all its mothers day. If you are planning to order here dont. Check for alternatives like greenwich and pizza hut. Might be common but delivery is fast with them.

We've been ordering Shrimp Pesto for several years already, and every delivery was always a good one. Delivery time is usually within reason and the pizzas are always appetizing and hot. Nothing beats the Buy-1-Get-1 deals!
